Unclear what to enter in Root credentials in Quick Installer #156

When installing the icat stack using the quick installer 
icat-1.0-linux-x64-installer.run, it is unclear what to enter when prompted for 
the Root credentials during the "ICAT Contents Configuration" stage:

    Root credentials are specified by a space separated icat plugin name and
credentials for a user included in the icat root user list.

It would be better to give an example:

    db username root password secret

This is done in the IDS Server Configuration section and it is must clearer to 
first time installers what to enter.
