the context menu to close tabs PLUS the 1 tab close button @ the right. of tab 
bar
should suffice.
PLUS there's always CMD+T open new tab // CMD + W  for close tabs , (windows).

I would say priority = very low.   -  IMHO ;)

The right-hand close button is NOT sufficient when you have more than one tab 
open. You look at the tab displaying and then have to scroll all the way to the 
right to close it. Even when you're looking at the rightmost tab you still have 
to take action SOMEWHERE BESIDES what you're acting on. It's a fundamental GUI 
disconnect.
