This pull request completely eliminates "jquery.timeago". Since the crash of the browser might be related to this, this is pretty important. Please review this quickly and if I was unable to merge it afterwards, do it yourself.

I have already updated this pull request twice. the last two commits are the updates. Commit messages are obvious if you wonder what are they.

wadegh, this moment.js file is a huge file with 1600 lines only for calculating the time. Maybe we should get rid of the lines that we don't use'em in timeline.
