Update deprecated GitHub Action workflow in release.yml #137

Some dependencies in GitHub Action are deprecated, see warnings in https://github.com/Keldos-Li/typora-latex-theme/actions/runs/8699407718

Actions to be updated:

actions/checkout@v2 in dev-build.yml has been updated in #135, we will see if there are further problems. marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases@latest seems to be deprecated, see discussions in https://github.com/marvinpinto/action-automatic-releases/pull/2 . An approach is replacing the deprecated action with https://github.com/softprops/action-gh-release , see https://github.com/ptr727/PlexCleaner/commit/124b1a8eb06fed00b5dfeee2129512c5f2b216f0
