Hey Kelvin, I hope I'm doing this right. I was trying to figure out how to get the status/source labels on tickets using your API, and ended up just creating a new function to make this easier to read and thought I'd try to give back to you what I've got. Hopefully it's clear what I'm doing, I just wanted to be able to see ticket sources and statuses for my scripts so I'm not hardcoding what status 29 means or don't have to remember source 2 means it was a phone call.
