Tag Naming Scheme

Assignments should stay off this repo.
Labs should use tags like so:
L<lab number>-RC<revision>
Labs should also not use subrevisions, and should rely on their describe functions to count appendex commits.

The final project should use: CMS-0.0
or
CMS-0.0RC0

For example:

L1-RC1
L1-RC2
L1-RC3

And for final project

CMS-0.1RC1
CMS-0.1
CMS-0.2
CMS-0.3
CMS-0.4RC1
CMS-0.4RC2
