WSGI allow simplified deploy using servers like apache.

I created the beppler-pysimplesoap-wsgi clone and added the class to support 
the wsgi.

I also included the example use on the code.

The revision with the change is 895c11cc5ed6 on beppler-pysimplesoap-wsgi clone.

Please include que e3ae7e6479f9 revision too, to make it work as the default 
implementation.
