Resolved the issue by turning off all non-Microsoft services and all startup programs off. Once I restarted and reinstalled. One by one I turned on everything and it is working fine.
Something I had running was preventing it from installing properly.
Gale installed with no issues however, when I try to run it, it loads, and I can see it but then crashes.
