Don't (re)create desktop icon on update #174

Keeps moving the icon on my desktop every time it updates lol

I've already suggested this and i also tried investigating how the tauri installer works and i couldn't find anything of the sort to fix this issue. I've never used tauri and almost never use rust so don't take this as a fact, someone might be able to find a fix for this.
