ECDSA lib source #8

Hi,

I noticed the library is used instead of source for ECDSA library (i.e. for generation of K, etc.). Do you have the source somewhere for review?

[non affiliated hobbyist browsing reddit comments]: I think this was resolved May 23rd w/ the addition of requirements file and lock on 0.16.0 for external pip installed ECDSA package (as of comment).
