Adding a WinUI 3 project to make Awqat Salaat widget available for Windows 11 which doesn't support the Desk Band feature.
Although the WinUI app does most of what original widget do, it still lack some features including:
The widget is not a part of the taskbar, so
The widget simply overlap the taskbar which can lead to overlapping issue when the taskbar become full.
The widget may not respond to all changes in the taskbar to update its position.
The widget cannot be shown/hidden from the taskbar. However, a context-menu is added to the widget in addition to a system tray icon to control the widget.
Explorer will not manage the widget so it has to be launched externally at Windows startup (already implemented). This creates a delay between taskbar appearance and widget appearance.
This pull-request also fixes some issues in original widget including:
Display Hijri date in English
Running on OS with different calendar than Gregorian
