The SCAP is creating a set of requirements and guidelines for Khronos Safety Critical APIs. The distinction between a requirements/guidelines must be documented.

Discussed in detail on January 16th 2017 call as Bug of the Week. Assigning to Illya to integrate result of call discussion into document.

Definitions for the words Requirements and Guidelines has been created and written in to the document section Terminology for both documents. Next step to be reviewed.
