Remove jeykll github pages deployment

Description

This PR removes the defunct Jekyll github pages deployment. I think we used that in the very early days to publish some sort of markdown documentation for the samples. This is no longer required and also no longer working, which has CI fail for all PRs.

Note: Pure build fix, no code changes
