Remove vulkanscdeviations.adoc from the site build #43

This needs a change to the antora-prep.py script in the Vulkan-Docs repository to exclude the file. It is included only by the SC spec build in asciidoctor, and is not in the Antora navigation - but the file is currently being copied into the antora build tree and thus is built and is searchable, even though not indexed.

More generally, we can use a tool to generate the spec nav.adoc automatically, either from vkspec.adoc or some tool that generates both. Otherwise it will fall out of sync with the asciidoc-generated spec as chapters are added or moved.

Fixed in Vulkan-Docs. I'll look at the nav.adoc generation separately.
