Health Checkk Error: #182

I am getting the following error during the health check. This is from the log. It does not specify what file cannot be found. I am using CSVs for import and both Family and Individual are at "C:\Users\krutledge\Google Drive\Database Prep\Master" I also moved them to a folder on the desktop and files on the desktop itself. I also resaved them as csv just in case there was a file error. I am not sure what to do next.

I had confusion reading the documents on what to use in the connection information.
