Issue. Not getting last snap from a seeds #21

In both variants of installation Quick and Advanced, I have met the same issue with detecting snaps. It is important because slow sync can take a lot of time to get on track for the validator. In advanced mode, you can add seeds manually. I have listed all seeds from testnet-2 readme. But deploy failed to find any snapshot. The only option that worked for me is to deploy in quick mode iterating through seeds until snap obtained.

According to the coming update, this issue is fixed.
