After successful update to v0.3.2.3, worked fine, but now CONSENSUS HALTED, tried to partially initialized, after 20 minutes of work CONSENSUS HALTED | VALIDATOR WAS STOPPED, ACTIVATE YOUR NODE : INACTIVE OkaNode_01052021_kira.zip
