More results display options #31

Following #15, I would like to have more options for displaying results, e.g. displaying results by evaluation blocks (rather than next to the line that produced it), and having Pluto-like result display (e.g. before the lines that produced them rather than after).

It would be great if results could be togglable with some indicator in the margin where there are results to expand.
