This pull request would check off much of #607 "Definition of Done" tasks, and would correct two typos.
README.mdandgetting-started.mdboth include thenpm run devcommand, but I would like some guidance from maintainers for how they would like to include the command incontributing.mdper task 3:[ ] README.md, getting-started.md and contributing.md all include updated commands (e.g. npm run dev and similar) that work with the new technologies.
