5 years ago I also had this exact issue. Trying to work around it I went to onedrive.com and found that it's blocked by my browser
This site can’t provide a secure connection onedrive.live.com uses an unsupported protocol.
After some googling I find that BT in the UK has blocked onedrive for security reasons. To fix this you can either use a VPN or change your DNS.
- I changed my DNS and accessed my file on onedrive.
- Downloaded the database to the location I wanted it to go to
- Opened the database in keypass
- Received a notification that this database is synced to onedrive and if I would like to sync it now.
- Clicked yes.
- The onedrive plugin was then able to match the two together.
I tried to use the open the database using the plugin after changing my DNS but it came up with the same error.
