Basic medical: legs wounds are displayed mirrorer on the top-left figure #2210

Medical System Level: Basic Prevent insta death: true

The figure is drawn with the face facing out of the monitor. However, left leg wounds colored red the right leg on the figure (left of the monitor). We couldn't confirm if the same problem applies to arms too,
