• Fix a stability issue when reprogramming the clock generator.
• Use clock generator input as primary clock for FPGA MMCM.
• Remove startup.sh. fclk configuration is now done directly by the server before initializing the drivers.
• Bistreams are loaded from the server. install_instruments.sh now simply restart the server after unpacking a new instrument.
