Token-level confidence #22

I have added the option to get token-level confidence values based on the output of the final layer of the Transformer decoder. I don't have access to the checkpoints I cannot test it right now.

__ Sorry for the failing test, I they will only pass once the new model is on Zenodo and the link is updated.

I will update the checkpoint and models first and then merge this. Thanks a lot for doing this!
