Project Pane defaults to locked position #1210

Short Summary

I think something changed in the defaults for the Project widget and it defaults to "locked". It caught me off guard and thought it was broken. Now I know i can double click it to expand it. I feel like it should default to NOT locked so people don't think it's broken.
On the other hand, I didn't know you could lock it :P and I like that you can so maybe locked is a good default to show people that you CAN lock it.

So the action item here is either change the default to Unlocked or Close this ticket

Imo it would simply make sense that dragging the box effectively unlocks it. Ie. locking only affects what happens to the box when the parent is resized.
