I have realUrl enabled and config.baseURL set. Have not tested it in another setting.

I added the slashes here https://github.com/Konafets/typo3_debugbar/commit/b4b92d4066851bee5e58c83673bfd40ce1a0ef83 to fix a bug, but as I removed them right now the assets were loaded. Will investigate this a bit more.
