[x] Support bridge token from AVAIL <-> ETH
[x] Create Claim AVAIL notification on AVAIL side, ETH side

@sokol142 @Sokol142196 Bridge from ETH -> AVAIL: ~ 30-40 minutes Bridge from AVAIL -> ETH: ~ 1 hour 15 minutes

Claim: ~ 2-3 minutes

We're scheduling to fetch AVAIL Claimable by every 30 minutes Notifications are reminded after each 2 days Notifications withdraw and claim are reminded after each 1 day
