2 years ago the "on hold shift" is actually a feature, not a bug or problem like you described. If you hold down Shift and bridge, it will automatically ninjabridge for you ( of course you need to click ) or maybe not, but I use that thing to legit bridge quite fast so I think it's a feature :D
there is an issue when "Only while looking down" is enabled, the whole thing just doesn't work, and "on hold shift" makes me glitch whenever I press shift (it just unshifts for me whenever I hold down shift). It will only work if I disable "only while looking down" and "on hold shift", but it has been a nuisance to enable and disable safewalk whenever I want to use it
