Currently sendAAfpatrol seems to send single tanks into action. Put it so there's at least 1 tank + 1 apc.

This should happen now most of the time, it is possible tanks acan be accompanied by infantry and a truck, but never alone. Threateval dependedn no. of vehicles should make it so.

Apparently AI is horrible moving in formation as tanks. Let them go solo and let the upsmon do target sharing etc.
