I had this error (Error in colnames<-(*tmp*, value = mrkNames) : attempt to set 'colnames' on an object with less than two dimensions) when using the function of modify.data.res(), and i don't know what happend, all the three input files(picture1-3) have been checked.
In addition, i also want to knwn if it is ok to contain "NA" in genotype file ?
