Wiki is editable by everyone #287

While browsing this repositories wiki (https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx.html/wiki/Style-and-script-tags) I noticed a new section linking to a third party library (https://github.com/allangomes/kotlinwind.css). Which led me to investigate whether I can simply edit the wiki. Turns out I can (I added a blank newline at the end of said wiki page).

Whether the addition of kotlinwind.css to the wiki was in the kotlinx.html project maintainers interest I don't know, but it feels wrong to me that everybody can mess with what is essentially the official documentation of this project.
