Apple Calendar clarifications #295

I'd like to suggest a few tweaks to radicale.org/user_documentation OS/X section

As of 2012 (Mountain Lion, 10.8) iCal is known as 'Calendar'. I have looked at this on a 10.9 system, Calendar v7.0, Contacts v8.0.

The 'Sync all entries' option seems to have been removed, I can't find anything like that on my machine (I am only setting up CalDAV accounts, the server is on linux in daemon mode).

When filling out an authenticated CalDAV account entries, choose the 'advanced' account type. One needs to specify the 'server path', or the setup will fail with 'unknown error' and nothing sensible in the error console.

I can't figure out from the Apple UI how to initiate a sync of changes on the mac to the server...

Generally speaking, that would be CMD+R for reload (much like in Safari). But I think you mean the initial sync, which is described in #256

Edit: By the way, you can send in pull requests for the documentation yourself. The documentation is located here. Which should be documented somewhere ;)
