I think that I have fixed the issue that I reported.
I also found another issue with the 0.5 version it was not listing all of the
packages available just the ones that could be updated. I fixed that issue also
Please check out the cgi files that I edited. You might could put a switch to
go from either 0.5 or 0.7
Thanks for all the hard work

I will apply some of your proposals, and will offer a choice to select between
ffp-0.5 and ffp-0.7 at ffp install time.
Is 0.7 stable enough? I'm not following its development or usage reports.
Thanks

Thanks for doing the update.
From what I have seen .7 has been around since Feb.
It would at least give an option for those who like to play on the edge.
Also there is a slacker tool and allows you to have extra repostories of
packages
Could you add something like that to the ffp page simular to the ipkg
page. Not sure all the arguements
Using the 'slacker' tool, you can download and install additional
packages.
# slacker -Ui s:
that might be a way to do all list of available packages. I was just using
the baseline that you had already provided.
I am really not that good scripting.
That way you could also include local souces for packages
Again thanks for the hard work.
It is pretty neat to be working with and being allow to customize some
things.

Do you mind testing the attached files? They support ffp-0.5 and ffp-0.7.
Download the files to the box, then move then to /usr/www/cgi-bin/ and make
then executables, 'chmod +x /usr/www/cgi-bin/packages_ffp*.cgi'

I tried these files and it worked well. I like the ability to downgrade. Looks
great. Only request I would ask is the ability to add other repositories of
packages maybe using the slacker tool or just have a path to add extra
packages. Could be just a local directory where you can put extra packages
that you might find. But external would be better as they are updated you will
get a notice.

Thanks for the hard work. It is really looking good. I like the new firmware.

Thanks for the confirmation.
As ffp users have to resort to the command line to configure or use services,
one more command is not that difficult :-), so I'm not going to use 'slacker'.
At least for now.
