summarize barcodes seen and delete files #62

after they are summarized, there isn't any need to keep them after the demux pipeline is done. need to capture the number of no calls used and mismatches used since those could theoretically be changed in the future.

so this is a duplicate. mostly summarized (counts but not fraction of total). files are deleted afterwards.
