intergration of gnomAD SV is a desired feature. the install instructions seem to suggest that database integration is integral to the software install, as opposed to being able to install the software independently and point to a cached database instance externally, but that might not be the case. as it is, creating a software image with the databases contained within is not a viable long term solution. when ben did version 2.0, which is a pretty old version, the resulting container image size was 6 Gb.
