Change the file format for video (auto recording, streaming,..etc..) #7491

When auto recorder is launch , the file at the end is REALLY heavy compared as to if it was recorder by an OBS. It would be cool to be able to change the file format or the quality (1 hour of 1080p shouldn't be heavier than 1GB and yet when hitomi downlaod that's the case)

yes I also want to change the video quality before downloading, please add this option
