Doesn't work on Fedora Workstation 40 x86_64

Problem:

The system stops booting at the password unlock, the console is displayed not unl0kr, the hardware keyboard also cannot unlock the system. the last messages on the console are:

Tested on an Asus Z13 flow and a UEFI enabled VM

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install fedora workstation 40 (I used gnome boxes) - select UEFI and "download install image -> fedora 40 workstaion"
2. run the installer, enable disk encryption, set password, all other settings default, reboot
3. complete first boot into OS, create account
4. run the following commands:
   • sudo dnf copr enable kylegospo/unl0kr
   • sudo dnf install unl0kr-dracut
   • sudo dracut -fv -a unl0kr Instructions are from https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kylegospo/unl0kr/
5. reboot again
6. System gets stuck (selecting the rescue image will return you to the normal unlock prompt)

After poking the spec file to get it to build (not sure what tool you used to generate the variables in {{{}}}'s) I can confirm the git version also doesn't work in a VM
