Rework architecture #4

What's going on?

The current architecture is not what we want to run. It must be reworked :)
The current techs used are:

Python to simulate the sensors
Mongodb as database
Graphana for data visualisation
Prometheus for... I don't know
Zookeeper for... I don't know
Kafka as message broker

What to do?

[ ] Turn this architecture into a simple one
[ ] Create the images for architecture
[ ] Make an architecture document

I created a file for architecture-related stuff (Functions, techs, etc.) here: Architecture.md.
There is a first picture of the functional architecture with needs / techs used
