korrigera fel på wikipedia #26

Påbörjat implementation. Ej klar dock.

Bilden i app.css behöver nog refereras till absolut, alltså typ "//kyrksok.se/images/close.png", eftersom att den ligger upp ett steg i trädet i förhållande till css-mappen.

I'm considering having all the feedback and reporting(excluding Commons upload) on a second page to have a clean UI.

Now there are two buttons, we still need one button to move to the second page, so you just save one button (but yes, if we add more information providers it will be more buttons). The trouble for the user is that you need to remember who the information provider was when you come to the second page.
