2dx_image: CTF(2) and later steps works only with Keep Large Files! #117

In 2dx_image, if you have the option "Keep Large Temporary Files" set to "No", the later steps like CTF Correction (Part 2) does not find the necessary files and crashes.

Reolved. Was a temporary bug during development.
