Remove hashtag from URL's #135

In order to navigate easier, As an LMHT user, I want to be able to just type the name of the tag I'm looking for to find it.

Acceptance Criteria:

The URL's will be the main webpage/linkname No hashtags.

Given any LMHT user, When they type the name of the link they want to learn about They can find the link without having to know any special format to bring it up.
