[Feature Request] Mega Millions / Powerball Mode

Mega Millions / Powerball is a lottery system in the US similar to Mark Six, but only uses five balls instead of six. Here's a link to how Mega Millions works: https://www.megamillions.com/How-to-Play.aspx

Adding other game modes would be cool, however, with the current structure of how the plugin is built, it isn't so straightforward to achieve. We'll see how this goes in the future.
