There are a bunch of bug fixes. It also includes additions like computing the analytic covariance and a refactored mk_theory that reads the CoLoRe param file and produces some plots.
As todo: In the function compute_predictions to compute the analytic covariances, some of the parameters are hardcoded. Maybe I should force it to read the CoLoRe para file or just import the predictions from mk_theory
