Compare input and output shape catalogs #9

Since we now have completed the chain from fastcat output to GalSim images to HSM shapes, we are ready to compare these input (from fastcat) and output (from HSM) catalogs.

This figure show the difference of two shape measurement pipeline: red: HSM & blue: BJ02. This is only a simple demonstration with exponential galaxy profile and perfect circular PSF.

In the new plot we apply a PSF with e1=0.03 and e2=0.0.

When we have PSF wiht e1=0.03 and e2=0.03, then the results from HSM and BJ02 are quite similar. The red dots are actually overlap with blue dots.
