Goals and deliverable
Test the NIR colors of the Diffsky mocks to help validate the dust model. The most basic deliverable is a color-color scatter plot. Even better would be a validation test incorproated into DESCQA. Intermediate between these goals would be standalone code generating the plot that could be adapted into a DESCQA test.
