Close some issues related to capabilities we want CCL to have with nonlinear modeling from FASTPT

update: LSSTDESC/CCL#763 has been completed on Tuesday and is ready for review.

Next up: LSSTDESC/CCL#831

Comment for end of Sprint week. #831 is still pending. #763 is done and should be merged as soon as possible.
