The content of DC2-Public-Release have been merged with this repo. Need to fix up some of the menu links in the portal:

[x] Remove Doc menu item
[x] Update Contact link to point to the Discussion area in the repo
[x] Add GitHub Discussion area link under Getting Started area
[x] Modify text "Now that you are logged in..." to provide more context for experienced Globus users
