Changing to new project #26

Hello, something weird happens when you change of project. First I loaded a finished project and checked come outputs, then if I open a new project I can still see the previous project finished outputs. And the parameters have not changed, I still use the previous gradient table and options. It would be better if everything is erased and one can start a project from scratch even if is not the first project one opens.

Hello ! Thanks for submitting this bug, the new commit should reset all parameters to default when creating a new connectome data. A warning has also been added to avoid overwritting existing configurations by mistake.

Hello, tried and it is OK!

Just two more comments: Is not possible to put more than 4 cores in the config file? Why does the software create folders in the RAWDATA that doen't have data? For example I only want to process T1,DTI but I see also HARDI, DSI and T2 folders appearing.
