Init error Button and Error Tag Name overlap on the UI #76

The init error button needs to be moved further down so it doesn't interfere with the rest of the UI.

Bugs like this keep happening because collaborators aren't aware of hidden controls/indicators on a UI and understandably place items in their space. We could avoid issues like this in the future by disabling and greying those controls/indicators instead of hiding them.
