Please add option to replace age ratings to some kind of "Custom"

Not replace certified tags but add new one "Playnite owned"
(Or maybe replace also as an option)
I need it to be able draw AgeRating icons, but some games have whole list of certifications and this list became too long. I want to replace them in one for design.
