Perhaps it is related to this commit: https://github.com/acgx/ooi3/commit/6fb9cda1b5cfdc248373115bc9bc2a7a9ea26d30 I'm not proficient in Python though. The commit message seems to say that DMM added CSRF protection and the process for login has changed.
